If things turn south you could be in trouble pretty quickly.

I am looking to invest some of my profits this year in income generating real estate in South Florida.As I am new, I am limited in fund and borrowing ability.  

Hi there, I'm thinking about investing in South Florida, been looking at listings in Oakland Park where I can get a 3/2 or a 2/2 for less than $190,000 with 5% down.Wondering, does this sound like a good place to invest?  

I own condos and townhouses in South Florida.

@Heath BressetteThe Delaware ave area is a decent little neighborhood just south of downtown albany.

I used to live off of Mallard Creek, just south of Johnson-Ohler.  

I am in the process of exchanging one SFR in the west  for two brand new SFRs in the south and was dismayed to learn how little they knew of the 1031 process. 

Looking especially for flippers who know South Sacramento.  

St Albans/South Jamaica in Queens, maybe?

I'm a few hours south, but have a heart for King County.
