@Seth Nadreau 11 million people vacationing in the Smokies every year definitely seems to make it viable for investing :-D I haven't looked into it too deeply yet, but I know there's plenty of cabins that are already fully managed, rented, and maintained by developments/cabin HOAs/orwhateveryoucalladevelopmentofvacationcabins that could potentially be feasible investments.

Through the research that I have done for the past week, I firmly believe that real estate investing is a path that would be best for my financial goals.I've been in car sales for 2 years, and that was really my first "real job" that I had out of high school, and I feel like it paved a path for me with the skills that I developed over that time period.I've read The Ultimate Beginner's Guide here, and I feel like renting out a multi-family home would work out best for me to start out, and I would love to connect with some investors in the Tucson area who are in the same niche!
