This site is great if you are looking to invest into real estate, wholesaling, flipping, rentals, lending, self-directed IRA and Solo 401k investing, crypto, or tax and legal guidance.

Luckily, these are very self explanatory and easy to understand.

Certainly this is self-interest talking but IMO- if someone is going to get a $500 monthly raise - surely -  they can afford to pay another $100-150 in monthly rent. 

I am financing my first deal through my self-directed IRA.

Being local to the property and self managing is a great thing.

I currently self manage my rentals but do not believe I will be able to self manage apartments and all the complexities that come with it.

Also since I will be an OOS investor, what would you suggest with regards to property management, work with a local company, self manage with a reliable local handyman etc??
