Good morning Bigger Pockets Team!

I was fortunate to find this site a few months ago and have been assimilating the abundance of information and admit, I’m guilty of the podcasts playing almost all hours I’m awake! I have been obsessed with real estate and about time I introduced myself.

Currently stationed in Minot ND, I'm looking to house hack a duplex with my VA loan to jumpstart a portfolio of small multifamily focused on cash flow.

My wife and I house hacked a 4 plex and highly recommend you set your sights on all options in the small multifamily space. Look up Amy Rogers for your real estate agent. She and her husband are single family investors that have successfully used their VA loan and would be great resources to help you claim your first deal.
