Hey Joe I'm in Seattle for the holidays.

If you have a lot of other interest now you could pass but I think with the holidays coming you probably don't.

My logic was because it's the holiday, since I forgot, to call her Wednesday. 

It's our annual holiday party.  

I want to close quickly because as you know its almost December and the holidays are around the corner.How will the interest be paid?

Since it is the holiday season, should I reduce the rent, which would eat up a little cash flow, in order to attract more potential tenants in order to have more options?  

If you are concerned about determining what are repairs and what are improvements, relax.  

I normally go to someplace like Bob's Discount Furniture when I need new sturdy inexpensive stuff or a good holiday sale at an Ashley Furniture seller just keep coming down on price until you are on budget.

This is a multi family condo so I know it needs to be contained....I really don't need this in the middle of my holidays with my other vacant units my owners want to fill
