Local Home Value Estimate - Jackson Mississippi

Hello,

I have a first position note on a property in Jackson, Mississippi and concerned the property is valued less than the paper. Is there anyone familiar with this market that could provide some insight? It's a two bed, one bath, 1200 sqft SFR, and assigned to Boyd Elementary School. Zillow estimates between $50-60K which seems high to me. I am remote and unaware of the condition but it is rented. Is this price range reasonable? Thank you for your time.

Hey Joe I'm in Seattle for the holidays. However I live in Canton Ms and I can do a drive by the first week of January when I get home. You may get it done before than but if not, I'm willing.
