Purchase $430K - Rehab $200K.

Does anyone have any guidance or tips for purchasing properties thru Ohio Sheriff Sales?  

I started purchasing a small multifamily in Columbus, Ohio 2 years ago.

There are definitely rougher areas in the city itself, however mostly they can be a couple of blocks more than an entire zip code so it is good to have local eyes for a potential purchase. 

Won’t go into specifics but the refinance allows VA loan users to purchase a 2nd property.In 2021 rates were still low so I bought a 2nd property to eventually rent out.

We've got a conventional program that will allow you to renovate the property after purchase.

I inherited the tenant with the duplex I purchased in Dallas county.  

A client of mine purchased an SFH in Doral (Miami) recently at a good price.

When I purchase my rentals, I have/use a large HELOC that i have on my primary residence to pay for the investment property in cash and also use the HELOC to renovate the property.

I'm currently in single family homes and apartment buildings in central and west Texas but have been evaluating a few residential assisted living homes + business / license to purchase in Austin and San Antonio.
