Good morning BP community,This is my first-time having using the section 8 program in having a tenant.

I can't count how many times I met with a seller and said my commission is X% (and I'll pay the buyer's agent out of that), and they replied that so-and-so says they only charge Y%. 

This is a big problem as its cutting off my rental income for all the blocked time on VRBO so any insight is greatly appreciated.

In addition, the lender is going to incur costs including losses do to the time value of money if you stop paying and they have to take the property back.

The time between the death of your grandparents and the recording of the deed showing your uncle's ownership is a glaring hole in title.

It takes time from when the property is sold for the title to be registered (in my case with the province-I was told it was taking up to 2 months).Nothing is automatic with transferring.

As a long-time high-level Rentlinx.com user, the journey since Rentlinx.com removed its marketing offering roll it into AppFolio has been an absolute nightmare!
