Estimate life or roof, mechaniclss, appliances etc and then fig out a monthly number.

I have read that they must contribute to the long term life span of the asset, but this is short term.

They seem to be a little more settled in life, where as the other couple can get up and leave whenever they would like.

I am 29 years old and have lived in the Arlington,  TX area all my life.

His life savings would have been depleted in no time otherwise.It made me think, what if he had lived longer, or been diagnosed sooner.
