Hi all,

Having listened to one of the great webinars, I've decided to join this sensational forum to expand my real estate knowledge. I am only a newbie to the scene and have a 1 bedroom property in Tasmania, Australia. Unfortunately the property has lost value in the last 4 years so I am looking to sell it on move on. I am very new to this all so I am looking forward to acting as a sponge and absorbing all the wealth of knowledge within the site. Even though I currently reside in Abu Dhabi I am looking to move to Canada with the wife and get ourselves set up with rental properties, ultimately working less to enjoy life more.

I look forward to meeting new people and being an active participant on the forums.

Cheers,

Rob
