I'm in education mode, & it sounds (from your profile) like you've found your passion.

Most recently I've been once again seeking that passion and somehow find myself to this website and I have been reading and soaking up as much knowledge as I can like a crazy person.

Investing is definitely a passion of mine and any opportunity I have to discuss real estate investing in general or the Indianapolis market specifically I definitely try to take advantage of. 

They have a great fishing related newsletter and tons of destination fishing related videos.

Many things can be learned from others, by taking classes, watching videos, coming to forums like this.  

I would like to find someone who has the the knowledge and the ability to lead me in the right direction.Thanks to BP for having a magnificent place to find others that has the same enthusiastic and passion.
