It is then stabilized by brackets attached to the wall every so often.I don't know the cost of this type of chimney.Another alternative would be using 16x16 chimney blocks with an 8x8 clay flue.

Anything else is damaged goods and are typically sold at a greater discount than just accounting for the repairs.your seller just may not understand that a $10,000 car with a $3k dent is worth considerably less than $7,000.I would discourage you from getting attached to this property and continue looking for other opportunities.

The tenant initials every page and receives a copy that is attached to the lease agreement.The opposite procedure is followed when a tenant vacates.
