@Jimmy Bell I live in Pennsylvania and own a 1,000 unit apartment deal in Atlanta, GA.I utilize the services of a third-party property management company and they manage the day-to-day.

Before I get into the story I wanted to ask for your thoughts on equity splits between me and my builder, the project is in Pittsburgh PA.

@David MessinaUpset sale in PA does not wipe inferior liens, so I am pretty sure you owe them what is owed.We have a mortgage we own on a property that someone bought at upset sale.

Curious to your opinion.My initial reaction is currently their is a COVID eviction moratorium but I have seen many states put a carte blanche to all evictions whether COVID or unrelated (Allegheny county PA for example).
