Hi all! My name is Monica and I've been a member of biggerpockets for a long-time. Have always wanted to buy a property in the Delaware beaches (lewes, rehoboth, dewey or bethany) and it's finally the right time. Would like to hold and then list on airbnb and expand to buying a few properties in the area.
