Delinquent hoa fees in upset tax sale, PA
I recently bought a house in an upset tax sale in an HOA Wild Acres community in Pike County, PA.
I'm told by the HOA that they are entitled to collect up to 4 years of delinquent hoa fees and interest, and I'm being billed monthly interest on that balance, and I'm not entitled to the amenities of the community until I pay the balance.
There isn't a lien on the property and no judgment that I know of.
Are they just calling my bluff to see if I pay or do they have solid grounds and I will need to pay this eventually?
