Those "challenges" are more numerous, time consuming, and costly, than what you're used to now.I hate to burst your bubble, but you did ask.Since you're coming here anyway, my suggestion would be to invest in the Detroit suburbs first...not Detroit...at least not until you gain a lot more first hand knowledge of the area.
