My guess is your electrical is grounded to your copper piping (pretty common) and you have some sort of trickle charge running through the system and grounding out through the concrete.The other option could be your gas line.

My concern with option 2 is that they will raise my insurance or even drop me, and Florida is not easy to get good insurance these days.Thanks for the help!

The best option is to have a direct booking site and collect past guest emails etc using a data collection system like “Emailcollect” and remarket to them making 10-15% extra revenue because you have no booking fees.
