What is a good lender for Heloc Loans?

I'm thinking to get HELOC loan and was wondering if you have any suggestions on good lenders. I tried this few years ago and I remember experience was horrible. They asked for so many documents and information. At the end I wasn't approved.

    Slaven, we have some lenders in our network that will provide a HELOC on investment properties.

    The fastest I've closed a HELOC recently was 5 days. I can help give some options if you're up to it.
