I have used Kim Spann at 615 Title numerous times. 

I just ran a BG check for the first time on an applicant and a record popped up under the Lien Information category.

I’m definitely looking for a mentor or someone to shadow because I did my first investment which I saw where I made numerous mistake.

The other 4 most recent recessions were in 1980 when property values INCREASED 6.1%, 1981 (+3.5%), 2001 (+6.6%) and of course 2020, which was a real bummer all around in pretty much every other category I have to admit, but property values actually went up 7.3% on average nationwide last year. 

Like you just experienced - owning a house in an expensive market can really pay off.If not - I think it's important that you understand how different the three categories are that you mentioned:1)  Rental properties: This is an investment - and can be very close to passive.  

After reaching out to my inner circle of family and friends, I've already received interest from numerous people potentially willing to be my private money lenders.
