There are great opportunities if you're looking to MTR to travel nurses and others in the medical field.

I wish I could upvote Joey and Julie's posts more.My wife and I own/operate MTRs in the NE GA market, and for our area at least, traveling medical professional staffing companies want to see that you have at least 5 units to lease before they have more than a one-off relationship with you.

I used to be in the medical field too.

The nearest neighbor is a couple lots down.

A luxury property targeting insurance placements is going to command a far higher rate than a solid 1 or 2 bed targeting travel medical professionals.

You can only go so far before you need to add ventilation pipes/devices.I once had a local flipper hand me a remodeling diagram that would necessitate chopping holes for a 3-inch toilet line through four 80-year-old 2x6 joists to the nearest stack.

One of the things that just came up in a conversation with Debbie is that they wanted to see what information we're displaying to the guests, such as gun laws, noise ordinances, nearest hospitals, etc.

In many cases the best place for a PRE HUD-Circa '79 is the nearest boneyard.
