how can i get creative with a vacant lot
Hello, my name is Hilton, i'm from and currently in Zimbabwe. i have a 0.1acre lot i bought on seller financing in kingman AZ. i'm paying very little every month towards the lot, somewhere around $100 a month.
It is located in the center of Kingman. This lot is just minutes away from the local hospital, shopping, banks, restaurants. etc. that one can handle. Zoned as R-2. Great investment property just off I-40 The road appears to be cut off half way down the block because the City owns the road. The street is half way paved down to the property. There is no power poles on the property but there is power poles and lines right at the corner of the block, No buildings or anything is located on the property. The nearest neighbor is a couple lots down. The lot is VERY small.”
My question is, are any ways, creative ways that can possibly be exploited to turn this liability into an asset, is there anything that you can think of that might help
