Moving forward, I haven't seen the boyfriend, nor had any disturbance in the last week.

Any suggestions on how to move forward? 

I have a funny story about my grandparents engagement, but will save that for another time.Me and mom moved to Ireland when I was seven because she adored Richard Harris who always talked about Kilkee on the Johnny Carson show.

I would sooner leave the rent where it is at than cause her move out.  

Most of us start at square one and move onward and upwards from there.

Good morning BP Family,I have leased my property to a couple who has now asked "how much would it cost us to move our son, his wife and their child in with us"? 

I sign up for this all in 2019 for this is the first time I’ve logged in.I bought a place in 2018, remodeled and sold in 2022 and chased my dream of 20 years of moving to Jackson Wy however investing here in not an option since I’m not a billionaire sooooo I am planning my next moves and looking to invest.I have roughly $30K (potentially $50K) to invest in a flex and flip as I’m not sure I could do the landlord thing.I have been looking in places I would like to actually live which is eastern Oregon, North central/East Tennessee, Rapid City or Naples-Clearwater Florida areas.Any help or ideas would be awesome!
