I am the buyer/tenant on a lease with option to purchase.I am ready to exercise the option, however, I plan to sell the home right away and cash out.Since I have not obtained title to the property yet, can I market the home for sale as an owner, or as an agent, if I obtain in writing permission from the current seller?

We're month to month so we could always exercise the option to leave but with the kids and school almost being out it is much less of a burden if just me and my wife we would of been gone.
