Biggest blunder - not starting in real estate in my 20s.I spent decades in the medical field, moving from Biomed Engineering to sales and then working my way up the corporate ladder.

In triple net food has the shortest life span for survival compared to banks, auto stores, pharmacies, medical care, etc.The consensus is food has been in over expansion phase the last 4 to 5  years.

I think that I am mostly looking around Randolph AFB, Lackland AFB or the Medical Center.

The Atlanta (etc) PM situation reminds me of the US medical system where Dr's (per the AMA) can only give you toxic pills and not solve the underlying problem, which means you're in an endless cycle of going to multiple Drs getting more and more prescriptions.

If you have some experience as an executive assistant or general office (or some sort of specialty - medical billing, etc), you might be able to make some good money..

All of my tenants have either been interns working in Seattle for a fixed period of time or travel medical professionals passing through the city.
