What are the challenges that real estate professionals like yourself face with finding quality good short-term rentals? I am not a real estate professional but I am a housing case manager. I am creating a program that would offer a housing benefit option to travel nurses. I would like to know the challenges you faced with keeping your short term units 100% occupied.
