SH Rental rates have been under pressure over the past 1-2 years due to the massive overbuilding of new student housing at A&M.I’ve worked with major developers on new student housing projects projects there since 2008.  

That's some massive information there.

Some are easier and it only takes 6 weeks, but if we get into massive rehab/additions then 10-12 months isn’t out of the question.
