Where to begin for a 24 year old, new CAM in Northern Colorado.

I am 24 years old and recent graduated. Moved around Colorado for a few years and decided to come back to Northern Colorado and focus on real estate, mainly acquiring my own property for multi family use.

I do not have much in my bank account to invest but recently started as a Community Association Manager for 8 properties.

I’ve been expanding my learning to the library but the real estate education is limited.

What advice would you give to yourself to start off successful looking back, acquiring a property with little cash on hand and if now is a good time to look for multi-family properties. (I would live on site and rent out the extra 1-3 units)

Hey Thomas,

Great idea to house hack for sure. If you want to talk about strategies here in Northern Colorado, shoot me an email and we can sit down and chat sometime. I live in Greeley but am a real estate agent up here in northern Colorado.
