Hi @Zachary Akey I am a REALTOR in SouthWest Florida and Mainly work Estero and Bonita springs markets which are located just south of Fort Myers.There are plenty of opportunities in Estero and Bonita Springs that I could help you out with if decide to invest in something in this area.  

If you don't know allready, the main Team members are Attornies, Real Estate Agents, CPA's (or accountants), Inspectors, General Contractors, and Handymen.  

That makes me feel like internal house issues would be the main concern.
