Hey everyone, my name is Ty. It's a pleasure to meet you all! I'm a new investor in the Atlanta market. I have only been at it for about four months, but I'm working on my 4th wholesale deal. I'm looking to learn as much as I can from everyone here, because I'm looking to grow as an investor, business owner, and future provider for my 'soon to come" family! I'm currently building cash reserves to start my first flip. I'm definitely a big "take imperfect action" type person, but I don't want my first flip to be a failure either. Does anyone have any advice for me? Are there any sources of knowledge, books, podcasts, anything to prepare me for it? I look forward to hearing from you guys! Thanks!

-Ty-
