My brother and I just added a 1 acre lot to out portfolio and we were curious if anyone had any business ideas we could use it for.

For me, I had no choice; I deploy a lot to the Middle East. 

In my opinion it gets the job done, and helps a lot to be able to see past sales, and rents average right there.     

There is a lot to learn but it's not as scary as you may think.

There’s a lot to discuss on this topic and many different angles to cover.However, what I’d recommend is to check out some of the companies who are doing this and doing it really well:https://autocamp.com/http://getaway.house/tentrr.com (slightly different model)I think you can get a lot of inspiration from this sort of competition and better frame what you’re looking to do.

That will have a lot to do with what you decide to pursue.

I'm relatively new to RE investing so I still have a lot to learn.

And, to maintain your corporate veil (if the S-Corp received the bonus), it might just be lots of transfers to explain (e.g. draw from the S corp to personal account, then contribution from the personal account to whatever entity is taking Title).just not a lot to go on..
