Is anyone using DealCheck?

Just started using DealCheck. Is anyone else using it? Thoughts? Pro, cons? What are you guys using to present a deal to investors?

So far I like it. Was a quick learning curve, gives you everything an investor would want to see, also has a mobile app that seems to work well so far. What do you guys think?

I've used the mobile app for deal analysis and it's been great.  It's really easy to set up and I love that it's simple to update on the fly.  I'm not yet a BP Pro members so I'm using the app as a substitute for BP's calculators that you have to be a Pro to use.

If you find a good deal I'd recommend spending a little time putting the major numbers and figures into a powerpoint that you can present or print to provide to potential partners, lenders, etc
