The more you pay attention in class, the more you will learn about real estate.

You will be amazed at what you can learn. 

I’ve been learning about wholesaling as a way to build those savings for the time being, but the Long Island market has me thinking twice, so I’ve been reading about out of state wholesaling, but also fix & flips.

To you folks that are paying gurus to learn lending, make sure 1) they actually have a formal credit/lending background and 2) make sure they went through at least the last major crash of 2007-2009 and lived to tell about it.
