Hello everyone, It's great to be part of a site that has so many investors that are both smart, friendly and share their story.

I've heard many warnings about dangers of partnering with friends so we're both just tentatively "sharing ideas" before putting pen to paper. 

The idea is to share flip,wholesale , apartment syndication etc deals with our investors ?

Please share your thoughts.

Would be good to know if any part of the line is shared with a neighbor too.

Sometimes you can partner with builders and share the profit.

So I was going to reactive my PropStream account, but I figured let me see if any agents would be willing to share their MLS access in exchange you would receive all of our listings and we would purchase everything via you.

Excited to learn and love the idea of partnering with a seasoned investor for a few deals sharing profits 50/50 if anyone is interested.
