Looking for a good agent.

Hello BP family my name is Dwayne Johnson and I'm fairly new to the RE investing world. I do have a rental (Camden NJ) and a seller finance home (Glassboro NJ). That's just a little about me. Ok here's my dilemma I'm looking for a good agent! I was dealing with an agent that lead to me getting those 2 previous deals. Here the bittersweet part. I had access to the MLS via her. She recently got married and moved to Georgia (Bittersweet). So of course I don't have access to the MLS anymore. So I was going to reactive my PropStream account, but I figured let me see if any agents would be willing to share their MLS access in exchange you would receive all of our listings and we would purchase everything via you. Any help is greatly appreciated!! And thank in advance...
