If they admit to using undocumented employees the insurance won't pay and then the municipality will likely issue a hefty fine and not allow them to pull permits and work for a period of time.

I think the issue I’m having is that I’m getting a discrepancy when I’m running the numbers with Redfin info vs lender info (it’s sometimes off ~ $200) so I was just wondering if for every property I analyze should I try to have the lender get the PITI for me for it to be more accurate
