@Jamie Briscoe it's definitely a tough market but if you're targeting off market properties with your direct mail, you have a strong list, a good message, and are mailing consistently I would say most sellers that come into your inbound lead pool won't be pitting you against other offers.

So in this sense a commercial property is in essence a multifamily whereas a Single Family Home can consist of up to 4 units but then can be described further as duplex, triplex. etc.
