I am so excited to announce that as of today, BiggerPockets has 400,000 members. A lot of hard work has gone into this site, and I want to both thank and congratulate @Joshua Dorkin and @Brandon Turner for making and building this site into what you see today.

But with more than 7 Billion people on this beautiful planet, I think we still have a bit of room to grow.
