Ok, when you have to meet a seller remotely, do you set up an appointment with him first and then try to find someome to meet him remotely and take pictures of the house OR do you first find someone to meet him for you and then you set up the appointment with the seller?

Scam  99.9% of the time.small up front fees are common with many large fee's are common if you looking for a 5 to 50 million dollar loan.. but then you can pretty well tell if the lender is for real and you will not find them on the internet LOL
