Leads under Tax Appraisal

Do you all think anyone would be interested in purchasing North Texas leads that are selling under Tax Appraisal? I have created a system/algorithm to find properties for sale on the internet that are under tax appraisal. I’m a former programmer and now investor data specialist. I got tired of manually looking/calling for undervalued properties, so I created my own system to find any property for sale under county appraisal on any given day. I’m using the data to do my own investing, but don’t have the capital to invest in every “diamond” property that I find. Just hate to see this valuable data go to waste. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
