Most MF landowners are a bit more in-tune with the market than SFR, and if they had intentions of selling coming out of the recession, they probably already did.

Plug away, pay loans down faster, may not get rich quick, but when I'm 50 Ill be well off and pretty secure the rest of my life. 

So I just realized that one of my insurers (REI Guard) doesn't cover intentional damage to my properties in Philadelphia,  Apparently - this means that they don't cover arson, at all. 

The next house was bought with the intention of it being a rental and I partnered with a guy met here in town. 

It strikes me that the clear intention of the legislature was to clear title on tax deeds after four years, but the wording of the statute unfortunately leaves wiggle room: "A title under a tax deed properly executed on or after July 1, 1996, at a valid and legal sale shall ripen by prescription after a period of four years..."

I do think they have a good intention but joining the program for the basic tuition was $35K alone and only went up in price to 50K to join the advanced program.

I also have a hard time sympathizing with a tenant who drives a vehicle completely ill-equipped to deal with the climate in which they have chosen to live.

It seems like your PM could have left the tenants in place, but maybe they are simply protecting the tenants since they do not know the buyer and have nothing in writing from the buyer stating his intention.
