Arson insurance question - Philadelphia

So I just realized that one of my insurers (REI Guard) doesn't cover intentional damage to my properties in Philadelphia, Apparently - this means that they don't cover arson, at all. I'm blown away by this. Does anyone know? Is this normal? I'm going to start looking for another insurer. Glad I figured this out now before something happened.

Any feedback would be helpful - thanks.

Please look for another insurance company. IF any fire damage was to occur, they would probably point fingers to the 'negligent' tenant to avoid covering the damages. Then the tenant will accuse the homeowner for not maintaining proper care of the property which leads to all these problems which could be avoided with the right insurance company. A friend of mines filed bankruptcy because of something similar to this. Philadelphia is more tenant friendly than landlord. All this could just be avoided. I hope you find one !
