As you can already tell, Bigger Pockets is an awesome resource. 

Experienced rehabbers who are putting significant amounts of their own funds into solid projects represent much less risk than inexperienced borrowers who do not have their own financial resources.

Does anyone know of resources or have experience with this?

There are so many knowledgeable people here, and lots of great resources, too.

The search feature is very powerful, it sorts by forum, blog, etc.Also go to the "Learn" tab above, there are lots of resources for getting started.  

I know there are lots of free resources on the internet I can use, that's where I could use your help.  

I called a few numbers until I was able to talk to a human being, who then took my name and number and told be the office that handles this sort of business will contact me in 24-48 hours.
