Are there any Realtor investors in the Georgia market that are actively using wholesaling in their day to day investing? I have been trying to find some good information on what is legal, what is the best way to go about disclosing your intentions etc.. , but have yet to find any good resources. I would love to hear from any Realtors that are actively wholesaling!
