Clean Slate in Philadelphia, PA
So this is Bigger Pockets? Well, my real estate background consists of dorms, apartments, SFR rentals until my current primary residence. All of which I have nothing to show for them well except for my current residence. This is my first step into REI and it is a bit overwhelming in knowing where to start, although the beginners guide was very helpful.
I'm not originally from Philadelphia but came here to go to school (Drexel) more than 20 years ago. Incidentally for the Drexel Alum still in the area Drexel is hosting a Real Estate 101 course on Thursday.
Anyway, I will be going to the meetup this weekend and I'm looking forward to starting my RE network.
