We host a monthly meetup at the Twisted Grape in Shalimar. 

The only instance where I encountered a problem as a host so far was with a condo I used to own.

The idea is to have a land owner host the container and rent it out short term to guests, most likely using a service like Airbnb. 

I'd say the tax benefits are plenty and aren't difficult, so you should take a stab at hosting! 

If LLC A has $2,000,000 in assets and LLC B only has $1,000,000 but LLC B gets in trouble -- lawsuit from a tenant alleging negligence on your part led to her falling down an improperly maintained stairs with a baby, and this led to her and the baby all sorts of injuries, cracked skull etc..If the court enters a judgement of say $1,500,000 against LLC B, the most you can loose in whole is the $1,000,000 of assets in LLC B.

Add, subtract, multiply and divide, that's basically it, if you understand the concept of the number line, you can consider timing, market movement, depreciation and a host of other aspects. 

(Makes sense why you'd want to go to mixers and meetups hosted by SDIRA custodians, right?!)
