Heat rises and when it does it drags air behind it ---- cold, crawl space air. 

Heat and electricity are included in the rent and last year the landlord paid $2500 for heat.

They provide decent heat and are not terribly expensive to run.

That's how a lot of people get themselves in trouble especially as the market heats up..

Ok everyone,Looking for information on dealing with a "significant contamination" from having an old heating oil tank removed.

Summer is great as well to get away from city heat.  

updateshe is now moving out and is not going to pay this months rent because she wants to use here last month rent now and its not meant for that, not to mention she ran out of oil heat and its dropping into the 30 and 40s at night.

By putting geothermal in, I would decrease their cost for AC and my cost for heating.  

So the owner technically only has to pay for water and heat for the building. 

Man, it is a nice feeling when you go into winter without any extra heating bills to pay!
