First REI near Vero Beach
Hi Everyone!
I am new to BP and new to REI. I hope to purchase my first property within driving distance of Vero Beach sometime soon. I just began my search this weekend in the Sebastian and Melbourne areas. The plan is to do a live-in fixer upper that I would then rent after I finished the remodel work. My criteria is that it has to be in a decent neighborhood, preferably a 3/2 that needs work done. My ideal price point is pretty low, under 100k, preferably in the 60-90k range so I am looking at mostly foreclosures or distressed homes. Would be great to hear from the experienced professionals on BP what you all think of my plan. Looking forward to connecting with you all!
