Regular inspections are a good way to check if furnace filters are cleaned, smoke alarms are working, etc.

There are plenty of good ones on here, but I have been with @Joshua Jones since I started and he has been awesome. 

What's your approach in talking to the seller to agree to sell to you and negotiating a good deal?

It's no guarantee but it's a good place to start.

not sure if that is a good thing or bad since we will still need to get some new blueprints for the alterations anyways.Sorry I am just trying to brainstorm and make a decision based on all the possibilities.

Of course your property manager will know the rules, but it is always good to understand them :)

I think it is ambitious; maybe an opportunity if the numbers work and it is a decent property in a good location.
