With our new found adventure, I also found in myself a rekindled passion to become a successful, self made individual rather than sit at a computer doing a Corporate job that seems to suck away both my soul and time.

Are you a risk taker willing to gamble on appreciation?

The question to ask yourself is: can you AFFORD to pay extra every month on average (on top of getting zero cash return on your deposit), while GAMBLING on its appreciation?

I would sell now and take the loss as opposed to gambling and risking a greater loss in the future.

I only know of one in my area, which is an adventure in itself.
