New Northern Colorado BP Member

  Good morning, everyone! My wife and I recently moved to beautiful northern Colorado about four months ago looking to break up the monotony of having been in the same location for our entire life. With our new found adventure, I also found in myself a rekindled passion to become a successful, self made individual rather than sit at a computer doing a Corporate job that seems to suck away both my soul and time. I always had an interest in real estate, but the road consistently stopped at the point of "I can't afford it." A few months back I stumbled upon the BP podcast and have been creeping around the Forums, listening to podcasts and taking in as much information as possible in an attempt to familiarize myself more. 

  My initial thought was to get my feet wet via wholesaling before moving towards flipping and buy and hold strategies. The market here in very competitive, so this may prove very challenging, but I look forward to leveraging creative financing to meet my goals. If anyone is up near my area and has any information regarding local meetups, words of advice, etc, I would love to hear it. I very much looking forward to interacting with everyone on the sight and for what the future holds.
